The German government recognizes the need for a global police force, something in which the UN forces should be presently employed. Peacekeeping is global policing. The UN charter should be revamped to remove the veto power of few member nations and support the will of the vast majority of nations.
All UN forces should be trained in similar fashion to immediately respond to acts of terrorism and violations of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as agreed upon by all member countries. Rogue regimes that continue to violate human rights will be infiltrated by UN policing forces in an effort to bring these criminals to justice in the World Courts.
