I want to say I am deeply apologetic for what u r going through and unlike others, I fully undertstand that his does happen in India. Happened to me. But I grew up with it, so my defenses are in place. I tend to block it all out. As a young teen I also learnt to normalise the rampant disrespect. We have a long way to go when it comes to ‘respecting women’. Need to raise our kids differently. Girls with a sense of self-worth and Boys with a sense of equality and not entitlement.

I am sorry for yr ordeal and wish u all the best.

Anyway, that post seems a fake to me, or the lady has really something wrong in her head, as diagnose said…it is totally unbelivable; I have seen more respect for women in Mumbai than in other parts of my native country, and anyway, she is talking about nothing that could not happen elsewhere too. As you can read on the CNN original post, many people criticized that one, and i deeply invite you using your own brain to do the same before believing this lady. thx
