Fish a best source of Omega-3

Deep water fish is a best source of protein and Omega-3 oil. Omega 3 oil has a properties of anti-inflammatory, anti-arrhythmic and it reduce the triglyceride. Omega 3 fish oil enhance the immune and nerve cell and it may reduce LDL (bad cholesterol) and help to improve HDL (good cholesterol).

  1. Fish are a great source of omega-3 fatty acids because they offer high amounts of two of the three types of fatty acids (DHA & EPA). Unfortunately, there are not enough fish in the ocean for everyone to have a healthy dose of omega-3’s.

    In addition to fish, people should eat more leafy greens and foods like flax seeds which are high in ALA, the third type of fatty acid.
