We all feel the pain of what you have mentioned. Almost whole of the province but mainly the Upper Sindh districts are facing unprecedented rise of kidnapping and tribal clashes. I have noticed a sudden surge in kidnappings during recent months and surprisingly our CM says that the law and order situation is satisfactory. One wonders that more than a dozen people are under dacoits custody on any given day and tribal clashes coupled with police excesses are order of the day, what gives satisfaction to our rulers. We are now convinced that hidden hands in conivance with the tribal lords are responsbile for the state of law and order in the area.

Unfortunately our civil society mainly the non-parlimentarian nationalist political parties/groups are also not doing the needful and government seems helpless to bring the situation under control. This is completely ruining life in these districts. Economy, education and socil life, every thing is gone and these districts have become virtually no go areas specially after the sun set. Economically among the most backward these districts depsperately need an environment where some economic activity can be generated but this does not seem happening. As a result, poverty and crime are at all time high in these areas. Our ruling party should take this situation seriously and move beyond cosmetic actions like suspending police officers and poorly managed police operaitons.
