Please Follow these steps from 1ST DECEMBER 2013.. If you are graduate and hold M.Sc/BS Degree in any discipline you can join any University for Masters and Ph.D in china by applying in a Fully Funded Scholarship of Chinese Scholarship council.. You have to adopt following procedure:

Google the List of Universities in China

Like: Beijing Normal University, Peking University, Tsinghua University, Beijing University of Post and Telecommunication, Beijing Institute of Technology, Renmin University (for social Sciences)

Go in the Website of the University..

Go in the Department You are interested in (Like Biology, Computer Science, Social Policy, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences)

See the list of Professors: Note the email address of professor (matching with your research area)

Make your one page C.V including Bio Data, Educational Background, and Email the professor (HELLO SIR IAM MR. ABC I have done graduation, I want to apply in next CSC Scholarship for 2014-2015 I am interested in your research group. I want MASTERS/Ph.D Placement in your group so I need a acceptance letter to apply. Thanks, Mr ABC..

Professor can ask for additional information.

After receiving positive response Go on the page of INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS ADMISSION OF that University and download the Admission form and Fill it carefully and attach the documents as required…

Also fill the CSC Scholarship form available at CSC website.

Send the Both application form to the INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS OFFICE OF THE UNIVERSITY.. and wait for the results probably they will let you know through your email.
