Eat to Beat Cancer
We are what we eat. Through the evolutionary time, we as a race have survived and developed. There is still much uncertainty about our food and its relationship to health. 1. Reduce your intake of animal fat; 2. Increase your daily fiber content; 3. Eat plenty of fresh washed fruit and vegetables; 4. Avoid obesity. These days cancer affects thousands, but conclusive research shows that by eating wisely we can not only improve our chances of beating cancer, we can also considerably cut the risk of developing cancer in the first place.
Doctors estimate that 35% of cancers are related to poor diet. This means that there’s a great deal we can do to help ourselves by changing the way we eat and knowing which are the important foods that will help our bodies stay free from cancer. Try to eat raw vegetables or cooked vegetables on slowly low heat. They may help you.
