In reply to nisarag.Pakistan has not given us Identity,but Sindh has remained as Independent state of the world for thousand years.with merging Pakistan Sindh has lost every thing as it own cities natural resources Indus River and Sindh's cultural peace and harmony.Now how many Sindhis in it's own Assembly? Sindhi people and sindhudes has lost every thing with establishing this state. Pak denied right of Sindhi and Sindhi language. Since 1947 till to day can u tell me how many Sindhi cricketer, Sindhi Generals Sindhi IGs Police. No there is none.

Have you guys not learned anything from Pakistan’s history? The country was already split in half based on Bangla language in 1971. What you want now – fulfil the dream of a united Pakistan – being the only Muslim nuclear power – to split into further four pieces on language basis – NFP to Afghanistan (Pushto language); Sindh to (Sindhi language); Balochistan merged with Iranian Balochi region and a USrael colony (Balochi language), and Punjab merged with Indian Punjab (Punjabi language).

Obama’s Jewish administration could give you gays a Gold Medal for this.

Sindhi language is denied its historicl status by the neo-fascist state. But another interesting phenomenon emegring recently in Sindh is that bourgeois and petty-bourgeois sections of Sindhi people are switching towards English medium education for their young ones. Sindhi is being abandoned by this class for instrumental motives, power and opportunities which English brings with it. Pupils studying in these schools use Urdu for private conversation, as Sindhi is most often than not is no included in their course. Sindhi Language Authority, whose job is to make sure that saindhi is being taught in schools and colleges, has become defunct. It just provides jobs to certain jadded literatii in Sindh.

We need a democratic dispensation-not PPP’ version of democracy, mind you- to ensure the democratic and equall treatment of sindhi in sindh, Secondly, sindi upper class sholud not be relied uopn for preservation and promotion of sindhi. This class and its politics/culture is all that of the shop keeper’s.

Yes, the establishment has always denied the importance of Sindhi Language, so as being Sindhi the people of Sindh should be claver to their homeland, and take care of their language, people and culture, and should honestly explore the world of knowledge of Sindhi Culture and language to the Global community. I belongs to a Baloch family, but as I born in Sindh so this is my duty to do something about Sindh and Sindhi Language. But no only I but the people of Sindh should care about the Homeland Sindh and Pakistan too. Because Pakistan has given us an identity to the world.
I know that wholeheartedly love Sindh and Sindhi Language. I am trying my best to do something for Sindh and Sindhi people.
