  1. For some people Psyllium Husk may be to harsh a fiber. It would be better to use the various brans – oat, wheat, or rice bran – for a more natural fiber. Also 8 to 10 glass of water per day maybe too much for some people and it can over work the kidney. It would be better to eat raw fruits or natural juices since they allow provide natural water and at the same time provide minerals and nutrients that can produce peristaltic movement to eliminate constipation.
