The news coming in only suggest that the same people are behind the insurgency who were trying to capture afghanistan during 1980s. They try to show leftist sentiments also like the BLA and BSO. The sardars in Dera Bugti and Kohlu have their personal jails and do not allow government developments like schools and hospitals so this issue was tried to be solved but people instead of helping government are in dilema to oppose sardars who abduct their women and children as they will.
