So I finally settled on a proposal for this project!!
I will definitely be focusing on the music pieces that I played in High School for Symphonic Band.
The pieces that I’m picking are some of my favorites that we played, or just managed to stick in my memory (we’ve played so many, I can’t remember them all).
- Ghost Train
- Where Never Lark or Eagle Flew
- Methuselah
- October
- Into the Raging River
- Puzta?
- Fanfare & Allegro
I will probably end up picking 5 in the end to use.
THE PLAN
I will be designing CD cases/sleeves for each musical piece.
There will be some sort of cover art on the outside, and then inside I will fill it with words from my experience of playing the piece. I might add the CD in there with the piece on it.. or I might not.
I guess I will just plan out what I need to do, and then assign due dates for each week.
- Finalize which musical pieces
- Plan out what to go onto each one (COVER & Content)
- Find different designs of CD sleeves to create (or design my own)
- Plan out layouts
- PRINT/CREATE
Yay! It’s such a good feeling to have a plan down.
