Not Guilty of Murder

In May 1989, Kenneth Parks of Toronto, Canada drove 14 miles from his home to his in-law’s home and killed his mother-in-law with a tire iron rod. He also beat his father in law too. He claimed asleep the whole time, and after hearing testimony from mental-health professionals & sleep specialists, a jury believed it.
