Updates: Being busy, old iPhone decal and other things to look forward to

Well hello world!
So I said I’d try to revive this blog, but so far not a go, yet. >.<
I guess I can say that I have been a little bit busy lately… but yet these past 2 weeks have been free since we FINALLY had a bye week for football after 6 straight weekends.

I haven’t been doing much lately, art-wise…or maybe I have been, but I’ve been posting elsewhere. Haha

Well here is something that I made over a month ago:

Since I started my new job at the sign company, I now have access to a vinyl cutter every day! And I can cut things out if there’s

a) scraps
b) nothing else to do.

This was my first commission by a friend. I guess in general I was feeling pretty creative and had a streak of awesome things coming along, but recently I’ve been a bit of a rut. Maybe things will pick up again…? But we’ll see.

As far as other things that have been going on…

Last weekend I was asked by a friend to shoot some photos at a gala/fundraiser event for the a ballet company here in Eugene. There was free wine (which I took advantage of), but also auctions and live performances by some of the dancers of the company.
I think once I reformat, and pick some photos, I’ll make a post for them 😀
I didn’t get paid for it, but it was a good experience none the less.

I also have been taking a lot of pictures of the OMB this season and posting it to their FB page
I noticed that a lot of the parents seem to enjoy it, as well as the members. ^_^
So I may post a few pictures up of my favorites from the season so far.
We’re also working on a new video for the band, that will hopefully be up by the end of the season, but we shall see.

And I guess the last thing that I would want to say is that I plan on making a CatBus sticker outta vinyl sometime soon. Or I might just make a post of all the stickers I’ve made so far XD and them being used by my friends :3

Anyways, sorry for the stream of consciousness post! Just thought I should update.

Take care and ttfn!
