I eat love, I breathe love. God’s form is love and if you want to find Him, it can only be through love. Always maintain and nurture the love that springs up from within. Don’t allow it to get spoiled because when pure love gets frustrated or spoiled, it is worse than death. Love is earned by giving love. It cannot be bought. “There is an important difference between belief and faith. Belief means you have made up a thought — or picked it up somewhere — and invested in it. That might serve you well in a social situation. But as a seeker of truth, it doesn’t work. Being a seeker actually means you do not know. But you still generate the faith that you could know. And this faith could make your mind, body and energy one-pointed enough to penetrate your ignorance.” – Jaggi Vasudev

The Four Noble Truths

When dawn came, Prince Siddhartha had become the great Buddha, the Enlightened One, and formulated the Four Noble Truths on which all of Buddhism is based; 1. that suffering is universal and inevitable, 2. that the immediate cause of suffering is desire, 3. that there is a path leading to freedom from suffering, 4. that it is the Eightfold Path that leads to freedom from suffering.

And the Eightfold Path is as: 1. Right (balanced) View or Understanding, 2. Right Aim or Purpose, 3. Right Speech, 4. Right Action, 5. Right Livelihood, 6. Right Effort, 7. Right Mindfulness, 8. Right concentration.

All deeds are led by mind- Buddha

1. Mind is the forerunner of all actions. All deeds are led by mind, created by mind. If one speaks or acts with a corrupt mind, Suffering follows, As the wheel follows the hoof of an ox pulling a cart.

2. Mind is the forerunner of all actions. All deeds are led by mind, created by mind. If one speaks or acts with a serene mind, Happiness follows, As surely as one’s shadow.

May all beings be at ease. Whatever living beings there may be; Whether they are weak or strong, omitting none, The great or the mighty, medium, short or small, The seen and the unseen, Those living near or far away, Those born, and to be born, May all beings live at ease!… – Buddha

Truthful Honesty!

Honesty is Trust, Honesty is Truthful, Honesty is Guarantee, Honesty is Confidence Honesty is Consistence, Honesty is Convincing, Honesty is Certainty, Honesty is Credibility, Honesty is Reliability, Honesty is Authenticity, Honesty is Integrity, Honesty is Accuracy, Honesty is Commitment, Honesty is Sincerity, Honesty is Security, Honesty is Reality, Honesty is a Must.

Honesty characteristically never deceives, it’s function is to verify the actual & factual, it’s manifestation is excellence… Sincere exact truthfulness is the proximate cause of honesty!..

Honesty, however, makes you quite worthy of respect. If one is painstakingly honest towards oneself, one is also meticulously honest towards others. If one however deceives oneself, believing own lies, one automatically also deceives others, betraying them.

Make an island of yourself, be your own light & illumination, make yourself your only safe haven; there is no other protection. Make Truth your only island, make Truth your sole refuge; make Truth your lone lamp; there is no other luminosity. – Digha Nikaya, 16

The straight person, self-controlled, keeping precepts, open & honest, is both worthy & fit for the yellow robe. The hiding person, uncontrolled, immoral, keeping secrets, not honest, is neither worthy nor fit for the yellow robe. – Dhammapada 9+10

Overcome the furious by friendship; overcome the evil one by goodness; overcome the stasher by generosity; overcome the liar by truth. – Dhammapada 223

The one who destroys life; The one who speaks false; The one who takes what is not given; The one who mates with another’s partner; The one who is addicted to drugs and alcohol; Such one – even in this world – digs up his own root!!! – Dhammapada 246-47
