Theatricality! and something else…

Haha, I never remember the second half of what the topic for this project was.

But no matter, I like the theme of theatricality more so.

One of the popular ones . Personally I thought it came out a little too dark, but I left it. The class liked it though.
For this photo I had to improvise because I didn’t bring any tape with me, so I had to lick the magazine pieces before placing it on the window xP
This is actually my most favorite out of all of them. I like the grain of the film too, cause it seems to go well with the magazine clippings. It was kinda creepy when I did a test strip and I only did his face. But anyways, I guess that’s what works about it. and Jacob did a good job of giving such a creepy stare.
This was probably one of the most popular with my classmates. I’m really glad that at least one of the many shots that I took of this came out so perfectly aligned.

Overall, I think that what I noticed about myself doing this project is that I kinda like and work better when I don’t plan things out toooo much. Sometimes I think that when I go into a project with a specific idea, it doesn’t really come out right in the end. I guess trying too hard seems to mess it up. When I go about things casually, and kinda experiment at the same time they seem to be what I’m the most happy with (at least most of the time).

Anyways, that’s 3/4 of my final projects so far!
Stay tuned for my final project for Letterpress!!!
