The Hong Kong Research Grants Council (RGC) is establishing the Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme, which aims at attracting the best and brightest students in the world to pursue their PhD programmes in Hong Kong ‘s institutions. A total of 135 PhD students will be recruited annually to Hong Kong on a worldwide basis in 2010/11 and 2011/12.
