Its is respectfully submitted that the applicant being the law abiding citizen of Pakistan & local resident of the above locality brought the pre information for restraining the unknown builders from there malafide & ulterior motives as under.

1. That having come to know through reliable sources that some unknowns builders mafia having malafide intention and ulterior motives with the influence of some bureaucratic persons are intended to construct the shops and flats @ Naval Rai Hiranand Academy thereon as in the above premises there is sufficient place of park on the front side of Risala Road Hyderabad.

2That the above property hundreds years ago the hindus had donated by Hiranand before partition exclusively for education purpose and no one has legal right to construct the shop and flats in the premises for commercial and earning purpose.

3 The besides to above the administration of Govt High school No1 Risala Road, intentionally are deleting the old trees, plants & Grass in side the premises of school.

It is there for requested that you kind honor would be pleased to direct the concerned authority & save the trust properity.
