Non-economists do not know that there is no any recipe for econmic development in the presence of war.They must know that there are two kinds of economies i.e, (i)Peace economy in which the non-development expenditure is at lowest ebb but the development expenditure is at the highest height when every rupee is spent for productive purpose which means more and more goods are produced increasing the supply side of economy bringing prosperity due to low prices on account of the law of demand and supply meaning thereby that when supply is at higher side and demand is at lower side, the price will also be at lower side raising the purchasing power of the common man and vice versa and (ii) the war economy for which every rupee is spent for destruction and consumption purpose bringing no more production and creating shortage of goods or low supply which will cause high prices or price hike or inflation and causing low purchasing power of the common people just as at present,

we face the crises of all deficits in our economy because of the war against terrorism shifted by Bush from America into our country. There is no any remedy rather to stop war like conditions in our country but now these conditions have got out from our hands or control and we have been caught and firmly fastened into the ropes of terrorism which becomes more difficult to get ourselves saved from it but day by day this problem becomes suicidal for us due to international conspiracies.The non-economists should also know that every economic theory has been followed by a condition of ceteris parabis(if other things remain equal or the same).When we apply economic theory in war like conditions, the other things do not remain equal or the same.Then every economic theory becomes null and void.In this way in war economic conditions no economic theory operates which makes our every act non-operative, ineffective, dangerous and fruitless.Whatever step to improve the deteriorating economic situation due to war like conditions, we take or adopt there is no hope of any redressal of the present economic problems until and unless we get ourselves out of these war like conditions seeming to be impossible but horrible even for our existence.All the economists of the country are therefore advised to be together in a single plateform and suggest non-economist rulers of the country an effective, free of war like conditions recipe for maintaining our health , education, livlihood and even our existence otherwise non-economists will drown into the deep sea of destruction, deficit and death alongwith the whole nation.The other effective steps will be to catch the creators of these war like conditions in the country and force them to get back their money into the country and take necessary legal and disciplinary actions against them so that in future such crises creators cannot get birth.
